I've bought candles along with makeup and all they put in the box was a sheet of paper. Needless to say, the candles were smashed and glass was all over my box. They requested me to send a picture before they would give me a refund. Which is total bs since my first instinct was to throw the box out bc all the glass. I sent them a pic of the box in my trash and explained how I'm not going to dig through a box filled with shards of glass to prove their shipping methods are at fault.

Ugh. So sorry. Are you more east coast? I hear the distributer there has minimal shipping packaging and less care... I'm in California and the west coast distributer wraps things in super cute branded tissue paper and tons of thoughtfulness.

I'm leaning towards getting IKTR...& I had to look up what it meant. Lol I've really been loving liquid blushes recently! Which is weird, because I'm definitely a powder girl. Do these blushes work well *over* powder products too? Also, side note about the bubble mailers (I work at an Ulta) - sometimes your order gets split up into coming from multiple locations (distribution centers, or even a store) based on what is in stock & where. And as someone who has packed orders, those compacts should have also been put into their own individual bubble packages inside the bubble mailer. But I like to pack them like I'm the one getting the package too, so... 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ordered IKTR, it seems like it will be that "I was out in the cold" color for me. I got a Sol de Janeiro leave in conditioner in a bubble mailer from Ulta last week where the cap came off in transit. 🙃

Ulta has the worse packaging. Everything comes in envelopes, they never use boxes. Sephora ships everything in boxes.

I have had as many problems with Sephora's packaging/shipping. Ulta customer service has been better for me though.

@@BurkeanMama I think this is the first time I had an issue with Ulta. Usually with bottles of hair stuff they tape the lids on, this one wasn't taped. Never had issues with broken stuff from Sephora, but I usually don't get the samples I picked (they'll put none at all) which makes me a little disappointed, and I have to make sure they send any point perks I pick because sometimes they don't.

I ordered one of the new NYX bronzers and four shades of their new blush and Ulta sent them in that stupid bubble mailer and every single one came shattered. So frustrating.

I am so surprised there is no peach blush. They have 2 nudes, but not peach. That's just of no use to me. I'd love to try it, but there is no color for me.

Many people do. Not everyone have the luxury time to touch up or redo their makeup. Just because you dont need them to last for 8 hours and more doesnt mean everybody is the same
