I got it at Ulta the first day it was out. I have 30n which is an almost perfect color match. I tried this with their primer and ugh...not good. Works much better with any other primer. I have dry skin so that might be a factor.

After watching this video I tried the Colourpop foundation. I love it!!! I don't usually wear foundation because it always looks cakey (I'm sure it is due to my lack of technique)Although I'm 49, I'm not skilled at makeup application and watching how you put it on the back of your hand and then dab it on your face and used a beauty blender or brush worked beautifully. I also watched your beginners makeup video and it helped me ALOT. I have am planning on watching it again and take notes. Thank you for all you do. You are an intelligent but "super real" person and I love your videos. Thank you for all you do!! PS I have hooded eyes too and in one of your videos you suggested a "tapered crease brush" for eyeshadow and it has been a life saver!! You are the best!!!!!

I LOVE the Lactic Acid from The Ordinary! I also use the Niacinamide and Matrixyl and they've helped my texture immensely! That and the AHA/ABA Peel 2x/week. Seriously, seeing an amazing difference in my skin! Love your reviews, girl! Definitely going to try this foundation!

I walked into ulta the other day and this was on display in the front of the store. I love the pretty fresh tinted moisturizer so I grabbed a bottle of med80. I tried it out as soon as I got home and was IMMEDIATELY impressed! What an amazing spur of the moment purchase. I hadn't heard or seen anything about this and did not yet know of its existence. Lol. Definitely a wise choice for dry, and mature skin. As you stated, it doesn't settle into lines and the overall finish is absolutely stunning. I think I may pick up another bottle today in a slightly lighter shade for when my self tan fades away. Lol. Great video.

Dooms Day Beauty it really is a gem! I used my fingers to apply it yesterday, and since I knew I was going to be outside (it’s supper hot and humid here) I set it down with the laura mercier loose setting powder. It kept it in place and I still looked dewy without it slipping and sliding off my face!

It just sucks because I need the lightest shade in the moisturizer (because I’m so so pale), but it’s been out of stock for SOOOOOO long. Even thought it’s shear, the second lightest shade is just way to dark and yellow for me 🥺

Sponge! On hotter days I definitely suggest setting it down with a good powder. I applied it today with my fingers and I loved it as well. It’s a GORGEOUS foundation!

Lol i laughed when you said you want 70degree weather, basically Cali weather. Take it from this Cali girl, born and raised, now living in NY.... noooope, no NY! If it werent for my hubby, I'd leave NY lol it's not only hot, it's humid and gross. Hate it. Give me desert, dry heat at least 🤣 and the bugs... oh the bugs. I'm 40 and have dry skin. I purchased this a few days ago and its AMAZING! And you can't beat the price. I think you should give it a try if you want a little extra coverage. You can even mix it with a tinted moisturizer just to give a bit more oomph. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised 🥰

I do love Colourpop but they do not allow returns or exchanges at all. So if you order the wrong shade you can’t exchange it. I do know Ulta has a great return policy, but not sure if they allow returns/exchanges on Colourpop items.

Sadly i don’t wear Mac foundation and never have. But I wear either the shade Fiji or Punjab in NARS foundation, 425 in loreal fresh wear ... hope this helps

It is full coverage? Heavy is the last way it looks in my opinion. But if you don't want a super hydrating full coverage formula then I wouldn't purchase this foundation.
