I’m an American, and i feel guilty having donuts for breakfast😅. (I eat them any time of day really) BUT, when we do have them for breakfast, i’ll add sausage or some eggs to the side for the littles. My Father in Law would give our littles PopTarts for breakfast. I’m like sir, that is dessert.

It’s just a thing that got started, and now everyone is so used to it, it’s hard to stop!! I do think we Americans eat too much sugar, in general!! I’m the worlds worst, when it comes to sweet things, but I just can’t kick it!!
