Regarding her second skill. It's not random. You can drag her skill on your hero you want to sacrife :). I use this commander. But i still prefer her last skill. Too op 😂

Yes it is. They adjusted her skill before they released it in the orginal server, I can't drag it when I used her in advance server before and Yuki is getting buffed in advanced server, shes getting stronger and stronger.
