Basic homes. No wow factors. Bit overpriced on home price, HOA & CDD. Homes have small lots for St Johns area. Also were dark interiors.

Thanks for watching. In comparison to many master planned communities in SJC, Middlebourne doesn't offer the same amenities for the HOA and CDD price. All valid observations.
