Great video--thanks for sharing. Just a couple of things---it's hard to get a good view of the spaces with the fish-like filter on the camera. Also, you listed the Lazio square footage, which is 2,275, on the Pallazzio section of the video. The Pallazio is something like 3,100 sq. ft.

The houses are not really expensive but the HOA almost $500 and property taxes $500 or more will make the mortgage more than $2500 and that's putting down about 20%
