Lennar, as a builder, generally creates what is referred to as "spec homes." In other words, they design the home, not the buyer. The home price includes everything.

Did you buy a Primrose and if so, is it done yet?

Yes we are building Primrose FE. We are still in the building process, it will be another few months until the house will be complete. 😊

@@usandplus we have contracted to build the Carolina in Melissa. Won't be done until Nov/Dec if things stay on schedule. Are you happy with Bloomfield? Any tips we should know? Are you going to do more videos as it gets built?

@@sherisellars5129 Thank you for watching! Congrats on your new build! So far we are very happy with Bloomfield. The community manager has been very helpful in the process and provides us weekly updates on what has been done and what is scheduled to be done next. We try to record weekly, but with this past storm we missed a week. One thing that we have done was take pictures of frame, wiring and plumbing before the sheet rock was put in so we would know where things are if we want to make any changes to the house in the future. Any questions that we have, we just email our community manager. Also, our real-estate agent has been very helpful in the process. 😊
