I’m only looking at New Builds... the bidding wars here in AZ for homes is very discouraging... my mom has been bid out 3 homes and we been looking since October... New builds for both of us!

Oh no, we're so sorry! Inventory is so low and the market is hot. A lot of folks are struggling to buy right now. Thankfully, there are options! We really hope you both find something. Don't give up and keep us updated!
