For the inflated market, the price makes sense. But from an investment and timing perspective, no this is overpriced by about $180,000. It is beautiful, but for rural and for market conditions per economic cycle stages and the consequential increased monetary pressures, this property certainly cannot command a return. Factor in the lending rates for the short term and the loss that could occur from a major correction, it is just a beautiful model home that is very well dressed. I very much enjoy your tours and regularly observe them as a part of my own industry analysis.

It’s a nice home, but very personalized for the price; and I wonder how would you properly clean the primary bathroom shower. You would have to love everything about that home, as is, with that price. . . But, whoever was the interior designer did a very nice job!! Most of the homes I’ve seen here looked like they were decorated by the stores on 10th. 🤭

The interior looks nice, but 2.4k sqft for 600k is cutthroat. I couldn't rationalize paying that premium for a house that small and so close to neighbors. A few of the rooms and bathrooms look cramped as well

I don’t know what you are talking about. This is one of the safest areas. I moved from Southern California to here, & all I can say is location, location, location! Here you will not see homeless people 💩 on the front lawn of a $3 million home. Here you will not see homeless strung out on the pee infested sidewalks of Sunset..same for San Fran. Here you will not be asked by a homeless if they can go thru your trash cans at night. Here you will not get your car broken into in front of your face by wild teenagers(just have to report it over the phone & drive home because the cops won’t be available for 3-4 hours) Here you will not have to pay $5-$10 more for the SAME products at Costco as you would in California. The list(s)can go on, the views are pretty in California; but they aren’t safe OR free. There’s good & bad anywhere you live, but I’m very happy with my decision; but please continue putting this area down. It’s not safe here, stay away.

Beautiful home, call me weird but I’m all about my privacy. One of the only critiques about the home itself is I don’t like how there’s those big ash windows on the front door where the mail man or someone can look in and see your entire living room🫠 the windows look very nice, but if that we’re my home the first thing I’d do is install some binds or something on those😂
