When people calculating cost of FS, do they think about opportunity cost? What I mean to make FS with reblath it take time, and when each minute is 16M (1B/h grinding), do it really is cheaper?

Most of the time people dont, no. Another reason why i dont suggest ppl bother with building failstacks, and just use despairs/hungers. Saves so much time, and time is money friend!

Not 30ap, 30 durability. So you can use it 30 times. Its by making them into the Guild Manor Furniture. Im actually dropping a Guide on that entire thing tomorrow! So the timing is perfect if you wanna know how to do all this.

as a returning player, the game is amazing. How many hours have you put iinto the game? Some games aren't meant to last forever. It's definitely an open world, so not sure what you mean on that.

Open world doses not just mean that you are able to travel around but that you can engage openly in activities like party stuff or guild stuff. Neither of this is in the game. Also PA absolutely did its best to remove e as much open world PvP as possible as the see it as toxic what ultimately lead to the large exodus of the player base that you still see till today. The game is over. It was running on cope for 2-3 years with the community begging the devs to change the directions. The best years in the game where 2016-2020 Here are some bullet points that the messed up big time but u can also look on YT there is a ton of material on there - over the top karma penalty - guild war decs - class identity - guild identity - gear builds - open world - QoL based changes that destroyed the atmosphere - class > gear - capping all content - Gimmicks in PvP - life skills completely outdated - class balance - demise of content - destruction of Nodes and siege - siege and node guilds dying left and right Etc etc etc
