This is the most respectful retheme I have ever seen. The show was a classic and needed help. They honored what they had and brought the tech up to speed without changing the mood of the show. I love it. People who don't like this upgrade are the ones who don't like any changes at all and will reject everything.

Well done! As an oldster who's been visiting Magic Kingdom since the 70's, the parks do need to get an occasional change to keep them 'fresh' for the upcoming generations. We can't keep it like a museum, just because that's how WE like to see it.

"used to play with the Mineral Kings" -- this is a cool reference to the ski resort Walt tried to build in the Sierra Nevada. The country bears jamboree was originally dreamt up as apres entertainment for the resort. It was blocked by the Sierra Club.

I love how the heart and soul of the show is still there. It has Disney IP songs to attract the newer audience but the quirky show we all love still lives on. Congrats to the team at WDI. I just don't get how they can do such a great job with this and screw up TBA so bad.

I loved this. I loved all the Disney Songs too, because well isn't that what everyone is at the park for? It is a perfect update. Also with the new animatronics and technology added, I think new shows can easily be updated from time to time. You could have specific holiday shows, or even program multiple shows throughout the day that give people a new show every time so they come back. Bravo Disney! You knocked this one out of the park.

Some of the songs in the Christmas show were copyrighted. Maybe they can redo the Christmas show with a mix of Disney songs and public domain Christmas songs.

As a big fan of the original, i was really sad to see it go and the idea of the disney songs made me really nervous. However, this show is great! I think the music works really well, I like that theyve kept the interstitial talking amongst the cast, all the figures and effects are working better than ive ever seen them. Its so nice to see!

Whoa, the return of the Country Bears, performing their versions of classic and modern Disney songs! They ought to have an album of their own for their outstanding musical number and have a modern-age film of their own like Haunted Mansion already did.

This was really fun! I think they should make some more songs and then insert them in randomly like the scenes in Star Tours. This would make the show more re-watchable.

I’m genuinely surprised with how much I like this! Most of the songs actually fit pretty well, and the show feels a lot more appealing to broader audiences. Country music is definitely an acquired taste, and I feel like that’s why the original version got such low crowds it on my next visit!

I was worried like many, but they did good on this one!!! How amazing would it have been if they managed to work a couple Splash Mountain animatronics into the show? Imagine The Swamp Boys (gator trio) popping up to accompany one of the bears! That would have taken this redo to the next level!!

I was thinking the exact same thing! This is what they should have done with Splash Mountain, just updated a few animatronics and a few songs and that would have been perfect. Oh well, hopefully they’ve learned their lesson. 🤷🏾‍♀️

That was BEYOND fantastic! All the picks were absolute bangers, it was full of some really solid jokes, and all in all, they nailed it! They understood what made the original so special, and updated it for a modern audience. THIS is how it’s done!

All in all, good job. Only 2 things I wish were different: 1) Keep the Bear Band Serenade - easily the most memorable of the old tracks, and a good introduction to boot 2) I Can Show You the World didn’t work for me and I imagine many others would agree.

I am absolutely THRILLED at the reimagining of this attraction and I laughed so hard I was in tears as Big Al sang Remember Me. LOL Man I wish this was coming back to Disneyland. I miss the Country Bears so much. Great job Imagineers! You made this country bear fan super happy.

My favorite detail is how when Big Al starts singing at the end of “the Bare Necessities” and the Sun Bonnets (I not sure if they’re called that anymore) are going down, they all look surprised to see Big Al, and one of them looks back at the others as if to say “are you seeing this?” I don’t know, but it made the bears feel more real to me

I am really impressed with the update and that we now have bear tech on par with what's at Tokyo Disneyland, however I still think that they could have kept a few songs from the original show like Ol Slew Foot, Blood on the Saddle, and the original song Henry sings when introducing the bear jamboree. Personally I would have swapped some of the IP songs for other Disney songs that don't get a lot of play in the parks esp since you have Philharmagic so close by. I think Trixie could have sung "Lavender Blue" (from "So Dear My Heart and as recently as the 2015 Cinderella), or "When Somebody Loved Me" from Toy Story 2 for Big Al (although Remember Me was really great), "On My Way" from BROTHER BEAR, Ballad of John Henry (to replace Davey Crockett, since the show is in Frontierland.

This is a fantastic refresh! The ONLY thing I don't love is the use of Disney IP songs, but even then, they're done in theme and they fit the show well enough. The use of "Remember Me" for Big Al was especially fun. The bears have never moved better! Sammy's little wiggle as they sing is so cute.

I will fully own up to the fact that I was a skeptic. I ADORED the original Country Bears and was devastated when I heard they were changing it. I thought I would hate it. I wanted to hate it. I was so, so, so, soooooo wrong. They knocked this out of the park.

This is a prime example of an attraction refresh. The AA’s look amazing, some of the voices are like they never changed, & the song choices are great! I just wish DL had the opportunity to see this version. Either way, I had a big smile on my face watching this. The bears Deserved this! Also, I know the topic of adding IP into the parks is a touchy one. With that said, I do feel like this is done well. The songs were arranged & recorded properly, and it’s a good way to get average guests involved & invested in the Bears with songs they can recognize.

My final story, Time Shift will have a lot of country hits when my characters traverse the American Old West; Benny will perform his version of the Phineas and Ferb song, Yodel Odel Obey Me and instrumental sections of Sam Hunt: Make You Miss Me will strum when Panel Gulch is destroyed, Constitution absently continues on for California and Cassellia is presumed dead.

I hate it!...And I love it. I miss the old Country Bear Jamboree that I grew up with. However, I think they did a great job, and I love Disney music. My only real complaint is it seems short.

So here’s the thing…. There isn’t a single part of this that I did not enjoy…. It’s just… not the same… I really wish some of the og songs had stayed in addition to the new Disney songs.. I miss the original opening song the most and I could have done without try everything… remember me is the best part of the new show and that part did a really good job keeping the spirit of the old show and the way I gasped out loud when I heard that first note!!!

What I meant in another video was that Henry should’ve done the back talk with big Al like in the previous version in which maybe made it a little more funny and I can create a new line like: oh bother, what a whole new mess this show is becoming

Is it an improvement over the original? Maybe not quite. Is it an improvement over the cut version that preceded this? Honestly yeah! Some songs felt shoehorned, while others felt natural. The three heads were used very well, while the 5 Bear Rugs for some reason BEAR-LY got any show time. The finale was fitting but not exactly grand, but the extra effects made for memorable moments! The cheesy humor is still there for sure and the bears look and move wonderfully! I wouldn't call it a clear 1-up but with all the pros and cons I would say it's an equal replacement to me at least, and I'm fairly satisfied! I was super scared but they eased my worries. It's a different direction but they made it work well enough, and on top of the technical enhancements it was honestly worth it.

ummmmm ok, in concept I like it, but in execution? That left something to be desired and I think some of the songs were kinds ruined with that country twang (sorry but I've never been a huge fan of country music and some of those songs are classics).
