Stuff happens, seen a guy building a Ferrari race car from scratch using a turbo Honda K24 engine & accidentally put the clutch disc in backwards.....He also assumed the pro K24 engine builders wouldn't make any mistakes building his engine. So he didn't bother taking it apart to inspect it. After he took the gearbox back off & flipped the cluch disk around. Once his 700hp turbo k24 Ferrari hit the track. It made a couple laps before the brand new engine blew up.

I did that before. Never bothered looking. Think the pedal fell off twice before i figured I put the left on the right.

You should have have upgraded your cranks to hollowtech it suits the frame and you build
