@@brittneyb.williams1520 I believe you don’t have to pay for it. Email Sawgrass. They are very helpful and ask to see if they can set up a zoom meeting to educate you more on Creative Studio and Print Manager. I hope this helps.

I am finding this very confusing. My screen looks nothing like this one. I do not get the 3d effect with the product blanks. Plus I don't seem to be able to get help from an actual person This is very disruptive to my business.

Did you get any solution yet. Do we have to get premium to get what she is showing as basic feature. Downloaded Saw Grass and Creative studio Today. Mine looks way different than yours because 1) When I select clothing it doesn't show any human beings , just black n white clothing 2) when I select designs and type Free, it only shows 3 logos of The US Flag. No 3D option either . What might have happened can you help

if your using a Mac, click your apple in the top left corner, go to force quit and quit the program, if that doesn't work, clear the smart program on your desktop

Windows 10 has Snip & sketch to screen capture/shot - in windows 7 it was snipping tool.

Are y'all doing anything to bring back bulk printing? In the old studio I could go to old print jobs and bulk print my designs which was incredibly useful for my business. Not having this function is making me want to look into other sublimation programs.

I have version 10.0.0 and mine doesn't have pictures of items, like the guy or girl wearing the shirt. Mine just has black and white illustrations of the item by itself. Is this version newer, or is it just better than the newer version I have?

Do you like working with your program yourself? Are you comfortable? Do you even understand that this is the last century? How do you like the Undo function? The program is terrible. The folders cannot be deleted, Undo does not work as expected. OUTLINE cannot be adjusted to the point size. Only sliders. How did it happen? Do you have idiot programmers? Or no one can set a normal development task?

Well now in mid 2021 they have yet AGAIN changed all of this and made design space worse! For clothing is very limited for 3d and there are NO people. Most of my designs no loner fit on the blanks anymore. So now I have to remake them ALL! The Chinese have a saying "Don't fix what isn't broken"!

I’ve contacted them as well, and they seems bother by my basic questions.... I got the Sawgrass because of the creative studio and customer service, however disappointed in both so far. Will buy the Epson and I see many that have the Sawgrass are not happy with it. Too bad I didn’t see the videos prior to buying it.

My screen looks different, and I am just start. I am going along with you. I do not have actual pictures of items like you. I have a drawing of items two rows. I hope its not much different. OK, I clicked on the t-shirt and its still the same as the old version. No man wearing the t-shirt. Just the shirt with the outline of where the design will go. The items on the right side are different then what I have. Why is that? Well, that is as far as I can follow along, now I have to figure it out myself as your version and mine are different from here on out.
