Good to hear encouraging electric vehicles as as per latest research 83% of smog is created by vehicles and as we observed during covid lockdown we could see the muntains clearly and atmosphere became clear due to v less cars on the roads, encouraging cycling within city is also good idea. Also should fix all road lights and install new cateyes/road markings on roads it adds beauty to roads. Most importantly build MonoRail along Islamabad Expressway, and proper bus bays and entry ways to control Islamabad expressway traffic and reduce the traffic on roads and encourage people to use public transports. Also should build parks along Islamabad Expressway cover area like Kashnar park next to I8, and plant more trees, it is a v big area of green and planting trees in it and making it a forest/park will increase tree cover of Islamabad significantly and also provide fresh envirnment to people living around it which mostly these areas does not have v big green areas. Ring Road in Islamabd is also v imp to control traffic coming into Islamabad.

Chairman Sahib I am too glad after hearing you. Need to be make Islamabad as fully green energy city where all transport should be converted by electric vehicle specially public transport. Need to build or install electric tram or monorail car system like China.i think whole city should be base on signal free corridor. More elevated express way need to build. I suggest build one iconic tower or minara in the middle of Islamad from where tourists easily sight viewing the whole city and it should be a land mark and construct on the base of Stunning Islamic architecture symble just like minara of Kulalumpur or Kuwait city. Where people like to visit having with revolving restaurants with tradition cuisine dishes and one upper deck. After monal demolished it is indeed. Chair lift will be good initiative but need to connect it cable car which passing over margalla hill and attach with propose Minara of Islamabad. Make sure we don't face environmental problem like fog as Lahore. Need to implement hard rules for the safety of great green Islamabad.

As an overseas investor, I have been involved in a couple of projects, but everything seems corrupt. For example, G12/F12-why were they opened when there was nothing on the ground?
