Talking about AI and texting prospects and such... is there any plans to utilize AI in your system to also RETAIN clients by sending clients messages to be in constant contact with them, with both useful information (insurance and non-insurance related), but also interest related (hobbies or interests they are into), so the agent can provide more of an ongoing long-term service to the client and help build a relationship with them and reduce the chances of them falling off the books. If they value the attention they get from the agent, they might be less likely to cut us off because they would feel like they are cutting off a friend. Just a thought...
