why is it like 4 ft away from another house? its nearly a million dollars and its sandwiched next to two others. Canada has tons of land dont know why we need to give ppl less space between houses, cant even garden there since no sunlight would reach the sides. such an eye sore and expensive too. and what was that shot of the backyard?! no grass and you show the back side of the house not the actually yard wtf??? knock 600 thousand off and someone might buy it

Where in Canada could you buy this house for 179,000 dollars?. In Vancouver Or T.O. would be 2,000,000 or more with the same or less space between the houses. 25 years ago maybe not today in this market. You can't buy a fixer upper in the lower main land in BC for that price .

Exactly. Canada is a big country, so why build small houses in the first place? Above that they’re expensive. I can buy a real villa with that price in Dubai, with bug rooms, in a compound by the sea. Most importantly, not made of wood.
