PcPartPicker is a literal savior of building pcs if you are new, or if you have been doing it for a while. If you want to tell me what your budget is, I can send you a list of parts in that fit. Also, once you get the parts, looking at LinusTechTips' "How to build a pc 2024" video, it goes into depth about many things and is very useful.
