What did you guys think of this new lettering book? I'd love to know below.. I'm excited to play around with this and hopefully add some new lettering style to my planners/journals....

I got my book last night! I agree with your review...you said it much better than I could! Most book lovers cringe at the thought of breaking spines, but it was the first thing I did...even before looking at the content. Even after the breaks, the book feels sturdy and well made.

Katie... LOL, I'm usually not a spine breaker but if I'm going to really use it and get into it, the spine needs to do what I tell it to do. LOL! But I agree, it definitely holds up even with me manhandling it so much! TFW

Wow ! I need this book ! It's so difficult to follow so many of the lettering books because most seem to assume that you already have a basic foundation ... Which I don't .

Kathleen, I'd definitely recommend it. I love that she takes the readers writing style and expands on that so that you get the pretty lettering but it's not like you have to learn a new 'language' (if that makes sense). TFW!

Hi Jojoza, I realise that I am very late to the calligraphy / hand lettering / journal game - but bet late that never, right? I was wondering if you knew where I could purchase the larger spiral notebook that you showed at the beginning of the video (looks like it might be aoprox an A4 size) with the the rainbow sprials? I had a quick look at you Amazon store and there were similar ones but not the same.... Is it yours and has been discontinued? Or.... Could you please tell me where I could find it? Aloha Amanda, sorry it took so long to respond. I had to rewatch the video. So the notebook I used is a big happy planner that I added the large sized rings to. Here's a link to Amazon for the size of the notebook: amzn.to/3B1oQI1 (it's an affiliate link). However, if you have a Joanns, Walmart, or Michaels near you, I'd recommend seeing if they have the large dot grid notebooks in stock because you can probably get a better deal. As for the calligraphy book, I actually took a book I bought off of Amazon (affiliate link: amzn.to/3P7FKuJ ) and then took it apart and put it on the rings. I'll see if I have a video on that to link for you. Hope this helps! I'm sorry it took me so long to respond!

​@Jojoza Hanna Oooo Aloha to you too (I love that!), My phone won't let me like the other comment so here is my like for that one too 👍 Oh and please PLEASE do not apologise!! A couple of days is not a "delay", I mean it took me 3 years to decude to try out bullet journaling - so a few days are REALLY not an issue lol 😉🤣 I'm really thankful that you took the time to look into my query, respond and even suggested OTHER options for me that wouldn't make you any money in return 🥰 (Caring about helping someone get what they need, even if it doesn't help / benefit the person says a lot about their character / integrity.... So just for that I hope I find a million things in your Anazon store to buy - eventually, I'm a bit short on cash at the moment and Christmas is around the corner and that means presents 😵🤦‍♀️ Unfortunately I live in Australia, so we don't have any of the stores you mentioned and so if I do need to buy things I still use your affiliate link/s - because that helps you out a little, right? (Not unfortunate that I live in AUS, I love it here..... just unfortunate that we don't have those stores lol...) Also I jumped onto the link for the Amazon binder notebook and I while I liked them, I really liked the rainbow coloured rings in the notebook you showed and they didn't seem have one with the rainbow rings like that so I may have missed my chance.... Unless from what I read you added then rainbows yourself, so msybe there is a chance that the rainbow rings can be found / bought separately...? 🤔 Abyway, thank you again so much for your response and your help!!
