They did increase water rates on upgraded wells - the one well per water node is still very sound- and I go over this more in EP 2-3 releasing one ep a day

Not on deep water pumps though! They cost electric 😁

the upgraded pumps don't use nodes tho, it's always better to just build new pumps rather than upgrade wells

Also dev confirmed storage location does not matter - it’s pulled universally - they didn’t want that aspect to distract from gameplay

Good luck with this attempt, that the patches makes it reasonable possible to reach 2K peoples. At least see that the devs are working and hopefully listen in on improvement suggestions here.

Why do you keep putting down more shacks? Each one houses 10 ppl and at 47:33 you have 12 shacks (before you plop down more). Is there some benefit for having a bunch of shacks sit empty?

TactiCat - I bought New Cycle the 13th of July. Your landscape and some UIs look different. Do you have a more updated release as a reviewer? Also, I noticed that you lay out roads to almost everything including wells. Must wells, food gathers and field camps have road access. I have a great deal of them all over. This would be a resource hog to connect them all. You mentioned trying to keep track of structures. I discovered that one can add labels to each structure via it's pop-up description. In the right-hand corner select it and walla you can choose from many icons and colors. One can even choose for them to appear on the small map. Be careful though to unselect the option for them to appear at the edge of the screen. A real visual pain. Finally, realizing the game is under development, I am careful to save all the time due to frequent crashes. Is this common, the crashes that is? Thanks much for all of your information. You truly helped me to be a better city planner. Having sections set aside for each type of work / purpose is a great idea. Now if only I'd remember to make my roads straight. Laughing to myself now.

That warship ticked me off the first time i encountered it, I told them "no" and then they proceed to bomb the place. There's only one answer and that' "yes", The illusion of choice...my biggest pet peeve in a game. If there's no choice then don't give me a choice. Looks like a great game. I like that it is so customizable too. Your YT series is even more enjoyable than what you did for Farthest Frontier - and that series was excellent ! It allowed me to play the game and get a lot of enjoyment from it. I was going to wait on buying New Cycle - but then I see your series and the developers commitment so I purchased it today . Thanks again.

Noice, I need series. I noticed in last series that you do not read notifications as they popup. This time however, screen is much cleaner :D 57:32 i notification got wasted as you moved that explorer to different region before reading it. It must be counted as a bug, as... well he has already explored it.
