Nice 1st ep. I would really recommend you keep the changes for each hero up the entire time you go through them, it makes it easier to follow along. This is relevant when a hero has a lot of changes on multiple abilities. Paradox and Infernus felt appropriate as they were brief, but for McGinnis, I had to backtrack.

​@smeefu I think putting it top right where the HOLD ALT banner is, instead of being centered. You are using the ALT menu a lot of time in these clips to show tooltip or show radius, and we don't really need to see the practice tool settings.

You say that like towers are a threat in this game. Walkers have some nasty CC but Guardians are a joke as long as you avoid their melee range, which is fairly small.

Good video thanks for summarizing it i wouldnt have read it by myself Some suggestions that *i* would like to see are to keep the changes on the screen, and maybe if you want the video to be shorter and more concise don read out all the small number changes if it is not a very relevant change. Maybe just say "increased a little" or "decreased a lot" and put the numbers on screen. Maybe even highlight them if you have the time and motivation. I got a little tired of hearing the small numbers after eachother couldnt really focus on what is actually changing. But its 1:00am when im watching and also i have tiktok brainrot brain so that might be the cause im not trying to dictate what you do just provide my feedback. Still im satisfied with the video nice job :D

When the patch first went live, it broke Pocket completely. They couldn't teleport *EXCEPT* within the first few moments after throwing the cape. It led to a very frustrating game for me. Thankfully they put out a fix very quickly, though I'm not sure anyone else noticed

Kelvin deserved these nerfs. It was lowskill and borderline griefing doming off the patron and just finishing it with the enemy team being unable to do anything about it. Also the fire rate slow was rediculous.

I do agree that ult nerf is fair in terms if a patron, but i dont know about rejuvenator. It was so satisfying to steal the rejuv right under they nose, but i do understand the reason behind the dome change. I cant imagine how pissed my opponents were when they lost they rejuvenator to just 1 kelvin without a team.

I think it would be cool if maybe you went over the item changes, specifically the ones that actually significantly impacted/moved them above or below other items that may have previously been pushed out ever so slightly before the better item was changed. If there rerally are none then ignore this, lol. Really enjoyed the part of your hero specific videos where you talked about itemization. I just recently figured out how Vindicta works and liked to heavily play for the sniper ult and gain tons of souls, I like how much it plays into her supporting the souls count of her teammates but still hurts me that I just cant farm these souls myself 😂

Used to main her but after this patch she’s almost unplayable in lobbies where people actually know what they’re doing. Seems like all her dmg abilities are pretty useless until you’ve heavily upgraded them which is not the case with almost every other hero

Kelvins dome could be used as a buff imo. You can now dive enemies under their towers early in the game to punish low hp characters that like to use their tower for protection. In a duo lane you can punish a haze or vindicta, and now even Infernus quiet easily

not that the kelvin changes are not good overall, just that they are not good for kelvin. what they did to dome was 100% needed and super healthy for the game, im happy about the change. with the beam im not too sure, feels like if he uses it in lane now he will just get out dps'd so i guess u just use that thing in 2v1 situations or to secure/deny souls early lol

​@@smeefu This is exactly what I was doing with it when I solo laned vs a Paradox (she went early gun build) after the patch. It was undeniable soul confirm/steal and a punish tool for overextending. Made it very easy to create an early soul gap. Was also a nightmare for the Paradox when my Lash ganked because neither of us were able to pressure the other enough to get a kill, kil guardian, or even force a zipline.

Overall a nice format, I would suggest putting the patch notes where the testing tools are so we don't have to remember all changes and just keep reading. Also if you talk about your insights as to how impactful the certain changes and the overall changes would be to the character's place in meta or usage that would be great. You briefly talked about it with infernus so I'll give my example off of that, something like: "Infernus 25 hp nerf is very minimal but the 20% slow resist is a great change and should feel better but I don't see an overall change in Infernus' play/win rate" would be a tad bit more informative and feel more like a review rather than you demonstrating the changes. Still the best patch review I have seen though. Cheers!

the notes on the screen is definitely valid and i will sort this one out. however i dont think i will give my opinion on every single change, it would inflate the length of the video very heavily and make it a lot less imformative. will give more opinions on significant changes in the next one though! appreciate the feedback

@@smeefu I do understand that you don't want to make the video way longer but the changes you demonstrated are for like 10~ units. Let's say saying "Kelvin's as reduction nerf is pretty significant but he is still solid" takes about 10 seconds, you do this for every character and its 100 seconds. I'll give you an extra 20 seconds and the whole thing inflates the lenght by a mere 2 minutes in exchange for a decent amount of insight. I don't think a person who'd watch a 16 min video would just draw the line at 18 min mark. Either way, the improvement in your content is really significant, keep up the work!

I played a little last night literally right as the patch came out and holy shit it's unstable now (unless theres been a smaller patch since then) I had a ton of freezes that lasted anywhere from 1-5+ seconds and some took away my control after it unfroze and somehow even my ping spiked after it unfroze on a few occasions also the map changes look weird tbh, the hero icons being all chibi looks really weird on some heros like bebop and haze, haze has that small x on her forehead but on the icon it's across her entire face and bebop looks like that caved in pepega meme I dont wanna be too negative but I do hope they revert it or atleast give us the option to switch between styles as I MUCH prefer the old one

Its worth pointing out that the kelvin dome change not only makes objectives invulnerable but also freezes them. Overall its definitely a nerf, especially since you cant secure rejuv or patron, but it also gives kelvin some utility in terms of turning off walkers when theyre about to do the aoe stun during a dive.

some of the changes were def not needed, splash damage on bebop ult slow resist for Infernus lots of really really good changes to tho, kalvin really needed these nerfs he was WAYYYYYY to strong, and i think the next thing that needs to be changed is DOT duration, things like Infernus burn and pocket poison lasting almost 30 seconds it not ok, i should not literally be ulted by pocket in lane finish the fight with him take my zip back to base and then have to sit in base waiting for heals for like 20 seconds before it finally runs out lol.

They really just made abrams charge pretty useless now. Also the changes to buttons today super hosed me on nearly all my bebop bombs. The connections after the patch were... Not great so abilities wouldnt come out sometimes on first click so i would hit it again to try and actually attach the bomb only for it to attach to myself (something im still not sure why you would want to do it).

I think you forgot that Abrams' Shoulder Charge T2 gives +0.5s duration. With that I believe he should still have no problem getting off a charged melee vs Debuff Reducer?

There were some small changes, the room with the sinner’s sacrifice upstairs has a rope instead of stairs now lol
