Offset clause rahne chahiye thi,,, jada nhi lakin aisa hona chahiye that ki agar weapon kharida jata hai bahar se to wo company ko india ko ye endurance dena chahiye ki aage ki agar koi technical issues hoti hai to unn companies ko help karna hi ho taki koi dikkat na ho gye......

You have removed off set clause but introduced 30% india made part. Now do the math. If 10% cost increases due to offset clause but 50% was to be invested in India. Which means the 60k cr becomes 66k cr with 33k cr invested back in India. In the new DAP (30% worth part india made) for 60k cr product only 20k worth part will is being invested in India.

We can reduce the size of army. Kyoki kabhi bhi hamari 13 lakh ki armey ek hi time me lad rahi ho. Hum apni army ko 6 lakh ki kar de ya sabhi civil servents or karmchariyo ke liye armey ki sewa aniwarya kr de. Taki hume budget badaye bina mordnisataion me paisa laga sake.
