I use thousands of envelopes in my project. This is one of the nicest updates in a while for me. Shift+Left-Click on the envelope button opens the envelope Manager by default. I think I‘ll keep it on a shortcut though.

06:22 This means that envelope manager will open when you click on the Envelope button on a track TCP (instead of just opening the envelope window for this track). You want this active for sure. 😉 The only diff is that track envelope window autokill when focus is lost, and envelope manager stays open.

I always use "Param" button in opened FX window, where you can choose the envelope to automate after just touching it. Never used the "Envelopes" window again after I found out about this button :)

I like to map a shortcut to "FX: Show/hide track envelope for last touched FX parameter" - it's the quickest way to bring up an envelope I think! I do find the envelope window is nice for managing your envelopes at least, especially when you have tons ~

I always read through the changelogs, hoping they've added a 24-slope option to ReaEQ, but they never do. Is it too much to ask for a 24-slope filter in your stock plugin?

Have you tried the JSFX ReEQ? It's similar to the FabFilter Pro-Q and can go up to 120dB slope.

Ειναι σε macOS οπου εκει σε προσφατη ενημερωση μπορεις να ενεργοποιησεις το dark mode natively . στα windows απο την αλλη δεν υπαρχει αυτη η επιλογή παρα μονο απο το να βαλεις theme στο οποιο εχουν αλλαξει τα χρωματα μεσω του theme tweaker. 🙂

But can you make musik with it not the app stuff but with real instruments, amps and mics? If so it would be really cool to get a chance to watch. I have an older version version of both Reaper, Harrison Mixbus and Logic 9. I find Logic still is the fastest and easiest program to make music with. I mean for a rock or pop band with max 5 people do you really need 2 million tracks and a bunch of apps?

IMHO: Good improvement but not so good to be honest. Once again: ergonomy is not taken into consideration. Do they really use the DAW to work with on daily basis? Indeed the Automation list *still* intimidating to ANY new Reaper's user. Indeed, when you have several plugins AND/OR plugins with several automation options, having the list expanded, si intimidating AND annoying. Yes, one can state"ah but right click and.." no. Not any right click. Ppl need to work with. Needs immediate stuff. Not right-clicks, sub-menus, stuff buried somewhere. Especially when they have not familiarity with Reaper. Since the development of this restyling, it was asked to keep the list shrinked by default (perhaps with the exception of the Track Envelopes), but all the rest: keep it shrinked by default. It turns the initial approach really easier and more soft.
