John Kirby is adamant that there is no public safety risk. Start watching it 10 minutes 36 seconds. The problem with John Kirby’s statement is that it is illegal to fly a drone at night without clearance from the FAA. It is illegal to fly a drone over installations like prisons, military installations, over sporting events, etc. It is also illegal to fly a drone outside of visual line of site (VLS). The pilots are violating laws that are in place to protect the public. If these laws are being violated, then there is definitely a threat to and disregard for public safety. I am a drone pilot. Commercial drone pilots must be licensed by the FAA. There are severe fines for violating these rules. The technology exist to bring everyone of these drones down without firing a traditional firearm. The technology exist to trace the drone signal back to the operator. Where is the FAA in all of this? Why are we not hearing more from Homeland security?

They sent fighter jets chase those "drones" but "drones" simply fly away and come back soon as fighter jets went they air bases. There is videos of that so its confirmed and true. I dont know what is going on but these so called "drones" capabilities are out of this world. Also there was rumors that they did try shoot those drones down but failed multiple times. This last part im not sure is it true because they dont tell and there is no real proof for it.
