Because that development has been so wish washy - I remember way back when they started developing on it and then the developer ran out of money and just created a big hole in the ground Mayor Cheney recently announced they will begin reconstruction and start to develop on it but I will believe it when I see it 😂

Frisco is literally turning into Irvine, CA, in both demographics (massive Asian influx), population, and as a business center. Interesting!

but the people who originally live here in Frisco will cash tf out once they want to sale so i dont think they have problem with it. my parents bought a home in frisco 3000 sq ft in 2003 for $175K as of today it is close to a million.

@@user-hk1je7zz4m property taxes increase even higher in an already high taxes state (Texas). Appreciated home values only exacerbate the tax burden. That’s exactly my point.
