I first heard you say Stuart, i thought a local track here in Iowa: Stuart Speedway. Not sure if this it but looked similar a little bit. Love the look, sound, and seems like good physics. We definitely need more of this.

For a one man show, I’m super impressed. That’s true passion… and with that kind of drive, I feel like this could end up being a sim racers dream. It seems like he knows what he wants and I’m here for it. So many times with major titles, I feel let down. There’s always something that doesn’t feel right or a feature I wish a developer spent more time on. But with this, there’s no need to appease the masses by substituting simulation for an arcade feel to appeal to the casual gamer… essentially all they do is dumb down the difficulty to sell more copies to the normies. But a true racer knows what racers want. I know it’ll take time but I can’t wait to see how this develops.

ive been really hoping for another racing game with a career mode similar to dirt to daytona or sprint cars 2 showdown at eldora, if its close to that i'll definitely have to give it a good look

There was another guy making a dirt sprint car “game” but after 2 years he never got it up and running. Forgot his name so, didn’t leave an impression. As far as night lights these tracks have them mainly non the corners and aren’t bright. This dirt surface also looks like a light asphalt. When iracing gets their new engine the dirt stuff should be a lot better. That current game engine is holding them back as far as track surface , track state

This seems similar to a game made by Stuart Cowie based on the Modified Outlaw figure 8 cars that are raced at the Indianapolis Speedrome. Never played it but seems similar to this for short track figure 8 racing and also just backed by one guy. Think the game is Xbox only however

Been dying for a great dirt track game that isnt iracing. I love iracing, but fuck it sucks not having an offline game to just race like the console version iracing made. I hate consoles and refuse to buy one just to have that.

Best bet for asphalt late models is nr2003 with the (lmpv2) late model mod or iRacing.

@ I already have that, but would like for a more mass audience to be introduced to grass roots racing. Do a console game with all late models, modifieds, street and mini stocks and stuff. Just think it’d be neat
