NEW DISNEY EATS - Tiana’s Beignets at Magic Kingdom & Raspberry Float at Disney’s Polynesian Resort!

Join me for a fun day visiting Disney's Magic Kingdom and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, to try some of the best new snacks and drinks for 2024! It's a bright, blue, sunny and very windy day. We find a SURPRISE celebrity Grand Marshal leading the Festival of Fantasy Parade, and try the new Tiana's Beignets and Valentine's Float with raspberry Dole Whip! After trying Tiana's Beignets, which were totally not what I expected, we take a quick look at construction and updates on Tiana's Bayou Adventure and explore Frontierland a bit. There are still a few remnants of Country Bear Jamboree like pressed pennies and Wendell is still meeting guests out in front! We also pay a visit to Memento Mori to see new Haunted Mansion merchandise and show you one of my favorite little fun effects in the park. A little Monorail Timelapse and other fun, beautiful images of Disney World 2024 are included :) I love to share the little moments of beauty with you. Lots of fun surprises and a surprisingly very crowded day at Magic Kingdom on this Tuesday in February!

Great video!! Glad you got to walk around and and get the ice cream cone!! The raspberry cone looked really good!’it was really cold out on Tuesday!! Good stuff as always. I didn't know you could walk over to Polynesian. We were there a couple of weeks ago. We can never seem to get into the Grotto area so if you could go in some time when your there so we can at least SEE it..would be great. And your killing me with those braids on your cute self.

I collect pressed pennies from places i been. I put them into a elongated penny flip(which is a 2x2 inch carboard with a hole for the coin to sit in). Then place them i to a sleeve sheet thing that holds 20 of them, which is placed i to a 3 ring binder. You can also put your medallions in it too.

I love staying at the Poly, it’s one of my favorite resorts. It’s always so peaceful and calm and I love all the greenery. Thank you for showing on you food offerings. The Rosa Regale is a sparkling red dessert wine. It’s so so good. If you like sweet sparkling wine then that’s the best to drink. Pair it with chocolate and it’s fantastic!

Love the braids, Jackie! That dole whip looks suuuuuuuuuuper sweet haha might even be a bit _too_ sweet for us, but we'd still have to try it just to say that we did. Tiana's beignets are downright *combustable* with all that powdered sugar, but always so worth the mess. Ahhh how cool that you caught Michael James Scott leading the parade! We read about his appearance on the Disney news sites after the fact, but had no idea you were there for the grand reveal! Wendell seemed genuinely surprised that he made it onto a pressed penny 😂 I just want to say, we love these casual day-in-the-park vlogs! If we lived closer to Disney, this is exactly the kind of thing we'd be doing with our afternoons...just a little dose of magic now and then to keep the cup full. Yea, I noticed that too! They totally posted about it after but beforehand there was nary a post about it so I had to find out in the moment haha!! Afterwards I dug and dug and found the tiniest hidden post about it, but it didn’t come up by googling or searching until after the fact. I love the casual day in the park days too, checking things out and finding updates. They make core memories for me, I dunno, just pure happy 💕 I’ve talked to so many people who have said if they lived near, it’s exactly what they’d do too, so I’m like - well let me take you with me to do it then!! And then as a bonus to me, I get to notice all these little things, changes and anything that’s new, that are so easy to miss when rushing around and share little gems and lovely moments!

Hi Jackie! Well my daughter and I made it to WDW finally from California, unfortunately she landed in the hospital last night after making the very bad decision to ride guardians of the galaxy comic rewind. 😢 biggest mistake of our lives. My daughter has lung disorder and is on oxygen so they gave her a magic moment (a couple of them) and gave us a chance to ride that ride without making a virtual queue. So we ride it last night and as soon as the ride took off backwards she started having issues.. I was beyond terrified myself. Then the spinning and twisting flinging and turning ensued and we both realized what a huge mistake we made riding this horrible ride. I kept my eyes closed and took deep breaths to avoid the torture of being on that awful ride.. my daughter stopped screaming so I looked over and she wasn’t responding because she blacked out! I prayed for this rude to end but it kept going. Until I seen a white ball which is all I remember.. then another lift I think while I was screaming at my daughter to respond. I thought she died Jackie.. I felt so sick and so scared. 😞 As soon as the ride started to come to an end and I was yelling my daughters name, she came to and I had to hold her up to get her off the ride. Took the elevators down to exit and immediately contacted a CM in which they got her immediately by wheel chair to an ambulance. My daughter suffered a form of severe form of neurocardiogenic syncope! And she’s lucky she ended up being ok! My daughter loves coasters but not this one. She got way sicker than me because I kept my eyes closed and some how handled it better. I really feel so badly for allowing her rude that horrible ride. I’ve watched videos but it doesn’t compare to what it’s truly like which is just spinning around going 100 miles an hour. Just awful! I don’t know how anyone can enjoy such a ride? Sadly it ruined our night. But I’m just glad my daughter will be ok. They gave her fluids and some medication and cold cloths and anti vomit type meds and she’s doing better. Thankfully Anyway, this is just a warning to anyone reading this of you think you can’t handle spinning rides like the tea cups or Space mountain, just avoid this ride like the plague! Just don’t do! It’s not worth it. I’m still feeling the effects of this ride the next morning (nausea, dizziness, headaches, stomach churning, etc etc) Anyway, thank you as usual for this vlog.. my daughter would love that yummy drink and wanted to do something extra special for her today.. we do have a Fantasmic dinner planned at Hollywood studios at sci fi dine in I think it’s called. I hear they have yummy vegan options there, can’t wait to try it then see the show! So no more fast rides for us but that’s ok. Better to be safe than sorry!

It's amazing that you can visit MK on Tuesday and have a great video up on KZbin on Wednesday morning. That's a lot of work going through the footage, noting what you want to use then doing the editing work to put it together to come up with such a nicely edited final version. Magnificent job! Your channel is appropriately named because the enthusiasm and pure joy you have when you go to Disney World shines brightly through your videos and makes them such a pleasure to watch. This is a newer hat it’s from the Disney 100th anniversary collection. I’ve seen it recently in the shops at the front at EPCOT and the resort shops. Sometimes they run out but I’ve seen them restock 💕 it fits really comfortably and I love it!

Doesn’t seem the “quiet” times are quiet anymore. I’ve been saying for a long time that most of the old advice doesn’t apply anymore since the pandemic. Everything has changed and even crowd calendars aren’t as accurate as they used to be. I’m at universal today and it’s packed!!
