Purple is my fave color...but yes I can be a really pink girly girl at times. This video makes my heart so happy! I have at times left my Christmas Tree up for a full year decorating it for seasons and/or holidays. I have chronic pain and am 57 now, but I am determined that this year I am keeping the tree up and doing all the decorations throughout the year. So far it's been Christmas, New Years and my youngest grandprincess (9) had a birthday and it was pink and purple balloons, happy birthday rainbow streamer and some metallic "squawkers" placed allover it...she took home one bright pink squawker. When my daughter was younger I never thought to do the tree as a birthday tree for her. I did it for one of my boys on a year I left it up all year long...that was about 10 years ago. Now it's a mission to do it for my 3 kids, 3 grandprincesses and 1 great grandson! Verifying everyone's fave colors, candies, snacks, Disney characters or things that make them happy to put on the tree for them each when it's their special day. I can't tell you how excited I am this time around, but sure hope my body/pain lets me do all I want to do this year with it. OH and it's the first time ever in all my years that I have a White Tree! Pre lit, lights have the option to be white or multi colored and there are 6 different settings for the lights...cheap tree from Walmart. My decorating skills may not be anything like you, but again, it's fun and I am enjoying it. Much love from Cas in ON, Canada...where it's currently snowing away and I am glad to be home today! 💖 ***Had to come back and edit to add...yes I have been struggling and lost my way. I decided I no longer believed in God a few years ago and made the declaration to my family as well...most of which are on the fence about belief/faith, only a couple that truly believe. What changed...I started dating again after 11 years of just raising my boys on my own after leaving a horrid marriage of almost 13 years. The 4th man I started seeing has been in my life for the past 6 months now and he believes in God. I don't know if I will remain with this man though as he has shown me some bad things about him already and this is really hard as I have never felt the deep love I have for him for anyone else. But I know God will help me and see me through. I appreciate the devotion at the latter part of the video.***

I didn't have a very good childhood but I came to understand my parents had had horrible times during the Great Depression and there was no cuddling of kids. My mom was made to quit high school to take care of a woman with TB until she died and when she did, my mom went to go home and found out her parents had moved away and had not told her where. So, she had to ask neighbors until she found them. She never played with us, she constantly cleaned and gardened in the first house that had ever belonged to her. So, there were many failings but I also failed as much as I tried to be the perfect parent. I have one daughter who has't spoken to us in almost 5 years because we didn't vote her way.

Hi I'm brand new to your channel. I tried making a bow for the first time from earlier this week. What do I do with the pieces I cut after I have my loops? Also how do I cover the zip ties?

Once you create your loops stack, your ribbon together zip tie in the center. I like to use another pretty smaller ribbon to cover the zip tie or you can add a flower to the center. I hope that answers your question.🩷🎀happy crafting precious
