Oh that beautiful little face on your dog just melted my heart!! Sweet little Henry, he’s so special. I know exactly how that young man (selling the hutch) feels,because it happened to me, an accident left me a widow with a 5 and 6 year old. It’s been many, many years and by the grace of God and a lot of hard work on a production floor, we got by. He and his son will be in my prayers. So glad you painted the chair, Heather, didn’t like all the colors coming through. And, aren’t you a lucky one, getting all that free stuff! Loved everything you did and hope you show us what you do with that big piece with the shelves. That’s a beautiful mould you fixed the lamp with and the lamp is now a treasure and hey, btw, I love that lampshade you staged with, but I have a lamp it would look better on. lol. Good episode, girl, and you hang in there- your thrifting fast is almost over and I am so proud of you for making it! Good weekend to you and the family.

Love,love,love that cabinet in purple with the green in the middle. The drawer pulls are so cute. They show just another color that plays off of the color of the cabinet. I think all of the items turned out so nice. And you are right, sometimes less is more. I think I would paint the new shelf the new blue. That is such a beautiful color and would go with so many things. Maybe doing some decoupage on the back. You'll figure this out. Don't need me telling you. You got this!!!

What a sad back story. I had a friend pass that way in her early 40s. We have to cherish every day because we are certainly not promised a tomorrow ❤ The projects were lovely as usual. If the chair had been a contrasting color, I would probably have left the distressing. But I think you made the right choice with painting it over. I think the knobs are pretty now, but I would probably add a dk wax to show off the details and add an additional layer of protection from all the use they will endure. My favorite of the new colors is Juniper. I’m not sure if I really like it with the plum pudding but It could possibly grow on me. The chair with the barn quilt looks good the way you finished it but I also liked the distressed look too. I think you will get people who like it both ways so neither would be wrong. It’s all about your personal preference. Great job on everything today! Happy Easter!

Great idea to use the Viridis mould to cover the lamp damage. I just got that one! I agree with the clean lines on the chair, but also think it might be cute with a few of the flowers from the new release on the seat. I think I'd put a little dark wax on the flower handles to bring out the detail. And Provincial would be a great neutral to show off your finds on the other shelf. Oh that plum color is gorgeous! It wouldn’t be the first color I’d run to w the paint sample you see online. But seeing a finished piece changes my mind. It’s a neutral w a little bit of color 😊 I was thinking the place where the was to put wine glasses might be a good place to store any paint brushes you sell from DIY. ❤

The GRAIN AND THE COLOR OF THE STAIN ARE SO PRETTY, I WOULD REALLY L🤎VE THAT PIECE AT ●MY HOUSE● JUST THE WAY IT IS❣️‼️❣️🤎💜* *However, I understand why you want to paint it and put it in your booth for display purposes so you can show off the DIY CLAY BASED PAINT, COTTAGE COLORS and PAINTERLY PAINTS...plus be able to SHOW CLIENTS HOW THE PAINT THEY CHOOSE WILL LOOK ON THEIR FURNITURE AT HOME. 😁 My COLOR choice would be PACIFIC; it is my favorite color of the new Cottage Colors Release. I saw another KZbin Content Creator paint a TALL, 5 foot foot wide Dresser with 5 drawers in Pacific Cottage Color and use the new I.O.D. JOIE DES ROSES TRANSFER on the front of their dresser and IT WAS STUNNING...ONE OF THE PRETTIEST PAINTED PIECES OF FURNITURE I HAVE ●EVER● SEEN IN MY LIFE, LOL❣️🌹🥀💙 And I almost never like painted furniture - unless the finish is so bad, the ONLY way to keep it from the burn pile is to paint it, LOL❣️😉 Speaking of painted furniture, your RED QUILT BARN RED COTTAGE COLOR PAINT ON YOUR CHAIR IS EXQUISITE❣️I ACTUALLY ●DO● L❤️VE IT‼️ It has such a SMOOTH PAINT FINISH - and it looks elegant, serene AND primitive - ALL AT THE SAME TIME❣️ IMHO, a Warren Kimble picture of a red barn and some Holstein Cows out in the field would be PERFECT WITH THIS CHAIR❣️ Or, stamp a picture scene with Holstein Cows in it, frame it, and hang it on the wall near the Barn Quilt Red Chair. I like the chair the way it is now, but a person who decorates with the boho style would love that red chair showing all of the previous colors peeking through the chippy paint.🥰❤❤* *As for the white knobs for your newly-painted Plum Pudding Color paint display, I would just very lightly dry brush some Plum Pudding over the knobs to tie them in with your Plum Pudding painted display. 😉* *FYI, MY FAVORITE COLOR IS PURPLE, 💜 but I like the brighter purple colors with NO GRAY UNDERTONES, BECAUSE I ●HATE● the color gray. It reminds me of death - and it is drab and boring to me; gray looks like the cremains (ashes of a dead person) that should be in an urn!⚱️🙊🙈 Glad we are NOT all the same with the colors each of us like, LOL‼️🤣🤣🤣* *Lastly, Henry was a darling, adorable furbaby modeling the Barn Quilt Red Paint on your chair.
