If that is the case then no one is committing war crime. Of course it is crime to purposely target civilians, to fire from hospitals, churches and schools, to rape, to behead, to cut limbs off children who are still alive. That is not resistance, that in itself is oppression and a serious crime. If Hamas wanted a free Palestine they wouldn’t need to rape children etc. They themselves say that their purpose is not to fight oppression but to commit genocide against Jews, followed by other minority groups.

The current administration led by Netanyahu is not widely approved by the majority of people who live in Israel and he is currently under criminal indictment even as the Prime Minister. By the way, the Palestinian Authority has offered to govern Gaza, even though given their non resistance to Israel illegally taking land in the West Bank, I can see why the Palestinians think they are spineless and an Israeli proxy at this point. Israel has flat out said the Palestinian authority can not govern Gaza. Why not them? Ask Israel. While you are it, ask Israel why before Oct 7th they thought a terrorist group should govern Gaza and funneled money to Hamas and helped them keep in power for almost 2 decades. Pretty sure they still do. I don't know where Joy got her "kids today don't know about the Holocaust" stats she keeps on citing, but I haven't been able to find one study to back her up. I did find a study that found that lots of people didn't know exact numbers and dates for the Holocaust (exactly how many Jews died, exact dates of the Holocaust, names of concentration camps) but overall, people were aware that the Holocaust had happened.
