I think it's the gliding animation that's rotating.

@@WhatDePho_ Yes, this is correct! It is the glide that rotates, not the dash. However, this is still subject to change since this is in the test realm

Its a developer dragon, so yes it will. Can't remember exactly how much but around 1,100 Robux - This includes the dragon and extras.
