That Hard Candy primer water actually isn't super new, the brand just updated the packaging. But I remember using it a few years ago and really enjoyed it!! From what I remember, it works really well in the cooler season (not so much in the warmer months since it has coconut water and it leaves my combo skin more on the dewy side). I'll have to retry it again to see what I think of it now

I would try the Araceli “Ojos Perfectos Gel Eyeliner” literally smudge and water proof and it’s soo black. And when removing your make up it’s so easy to remove. (Good for your under eyelid for eyelashes)
