Let the unit cool down for a few hours before use - don't go from warm house to outside in - 4 ... Also try switching on CPU mode , more internal heat

to stop the live stack? i click on the red button and i have to wait for a while. In the old app sometimes i had to close the app and restart. In the new app i didn't test yet

The new app didn't play well with my Samsung A14 phone (which I used with the older app). I had to use my a non-Samsung phone to upgrade.

yeah that happened to some people upgrading firmware. After that you can come back to the samsung and it should work fine.

You can upgrade firmware through laptop, there are instructions in their website. Then you try the app again.
