They also came out with more attachments for short hair as well. A smaller round brush and smaller smoothing comb. They work very well for me! For everyone saying it is too expensive, I understand, but I have had mine for a year and use it every time I do my hair. It takes the place of a blow dryer and styling tool. I think it is a well spent investment. I got mine on sale at Ulta last year for 20% off. That is the time to snag one!

I can't notice a difference at all, but I can see how the longer barrel would feel better to work with on longer hair. I don't know why they didn't make it that way from the start, but now they can sell them separately and make more money. I've had mine for over a month now and my hair is shorter and I got great tips from your previous videos. Thank you!
@naomi-ft9rq3 жыл бұрын
I don't think the barrel length makes a difference at all because there's nothing that makes the hair want to wrap diagonally around the barrel. the air is blowing perpendicular out of the barrel so it makes the hair wraps perpendicularly around the same point of the barrel as where you initiated contact if that makes sense :( My hair is at my waist and the extra length on the longer barrel feels wasted.

Great video! I love my Dyson! Yes it's pricey, but the way I look at it is you are getting 7 tools in one package. Buying the tools separately will easily run you up same price, maybe even more depending on brands you wanna get. My Nume swappable wand starting going out me, the cord would stop working if not held a certain way. So instead of buying a new set of wands, got this! It's like a salon blow out or curls whenever I use it. I highly recommend.

I just love your hair and it really holds the curl so well. Dyson have now come out with a third barrel width. In uk it’s 20mm the original two are 30mm and 40mm. I have really fine hair and the 20mm works much better on me, but they still are heading towards a very very loose wave after a few hours especially the front bits they are pretty much straight. I’ve done the 10 sec cool shot, smaller seconds, tried without product and with different combinations of mousse, gel and hairspray. I think it really depends on the hair type. I think I would benefit from a 10mm option for my hair type.
@miamclingo3474 жыл бұрын
Forgot to mention I’ve also tried not brushing them out and just shaking hair upside down from roots and trying not to go to much into the curls. Does last a little longer but is a bit of a different style.

Great Curls, great Video! Unfortunately I could not get any airwrap-curl to stay in my hair for longer than some hours, no matter what products I tried or if I used the cool shot. For Sleek looks I recently found a great alternative to the Revlon one-step brush, as it was either to hot or took too long on the low setting for me. The Remington Hydraluxe Brush solves these problems, as you can choose heat and airflow separately. New holy grail! Maybe you want to try this one? 💕

I don't get why people are being so negative. No one is forcing you to buy it. I love my Airstyler and consider it an investment. Was it expensive? Yes. But you're buying a Dyson - it's their technology and superb materials you're investing in. Can you get the same look with a curling iron? Yes - but significantly more heat damage. Either way, to each their own - what is impractical to one person, may be significant to someone else.
