I own one, I love it and if it breaks I’ll buy another one. I’ve watched several reviews just for different tips and tricks and I find that yours is one of the best ones I’ve seen! I can say that I can justify the price considering that I have owned and still own many hair tools from a dry bar volumizing brush blow dryer, a traditional curling iron, and a flat iron. I have now downsized it to one case and if I add up what I’ve spent I’ve spent way more than on my Dyson! Cheers to you!

Really helpful video, I am also based in Australia with thick asian hair just like yours and I have been so tempted. I think after watching this I'll bite the bullet! Glad to know realistically just how long it'll take to style now.

Love your video as always.👍 I almost bought the first generation, but put on hold because I was a new mom and didn't have time to take care of my hair. 🤣After watched your thorough review of the new Dyson Airwrap, I think the last con is the deal breaker for me. 😅My son always complained about how loud my hairdryer was, so I thought about buying the Dyson hairdryer. It turned out I can't stand for the high pitched sound of the Dyson hairdryer, so I bought the Panasonic one instead. And now styling my hair and hearing the sound by my ears for 30 mins.....No, thanks for the heads up.

I found the bristles more useful for me since I can style my hair without using the barrel. It is pricey but worth as an investment

Con 2 being the huge size of the airwrap is something that I wish others have mentioned before I got my airwrap. Now, I haven't gotten used to the airwrap yet (only got it yesterday) but when I tried it for the first time, it was more difficult to manouvre when the base is so long!

oh i actually like the size of the base - i find it easier to manoeuvre as you're not confined to a small machine. i hope you're getting used to it now you've had it for a few more days!

Girls, Don't forget old fashion heated rollers......they are not as hot as modern tools. Their advantage is they heat up whilst you are doing something else,putting them in is quick , and as they cool down you are hands free. As seen on film sets, time economical.

I loved mine while it worked. It’s just out of warranty and stopped working. I took excellent care of it and it’s done anyways. Dyson has no support and no solutions. Don’t waste your money

Better Business bureau US has Dyson rated at 1.07 I found this out the hard way

I haven’t had any problems with them. My order came quickly directly from their website. Whenever I ask questions over email or instagram they get back to me. Not sure why everyone says customer service is bad. Hopefully I won’t run into problems in the future though.

@@jessicab4303 Mine had a burnout at about 6 months. do not send the attachments back if they tell you to send the product to them . They do send a new unit but they would say out of stock and kept cancelling my order. they were crazy. it took 6 months to resolve. i love how my hair comes out but probably wont by anything else from them. I have been buying shark for years and this was my first dyson product. I was shocked when i looked at the bbb website.
