I purchased the MelodySusie Scarlett (30,000 RPM) about 2 years ago. It has a corded foot pedal control and corded power cord. It's for my personal use and it's very reliable and easy to use. I've bought additional bits beyond those that came with the unit from MelodySusie. First thing I ever purchased from MS was a 48 bottle portable nail polish storage case. Liked it so much, I bought two more. Unfortunately, they don't sell them anymore. Good company.

I would love a more in depth review video🤩 I’m a newbie nail tech, and the hand piece on my e-file feels so heavy. When I look for e-files online it never says how much they weigh. Maybe you could weigh them if you are making a video, that would be very interesting.

The green one has more wattage, so this plays role how much more powerful it is and how low speeds it actually works without you using your own strength to help it work better. I think Jade plus ( or whatever is the name ) has 40w others either 25 or 30w power output. And also what motor they use in the handle, cause control box only gives out the power what handle consumes into working power. I have kept my eyes on on those lil machines, but since the customs regulations changed and they do not have EU warehouse i have put buying from overseas or non EU countries to hold. Tho from professional standpoint, the newest one and jade i could consider as pro machines for beginners and those who only do light gel overlay/rubberbase gel/gelpolish work ,others i think are mainly for home usage and for hobbyist.

i ordered the scamander today morning and I plan on using it on my natural nail and when doing gel x and for removing gel x, do you think its a good drill for that? ( I will be taking in clients )

@@TheSalonLife Personal use only. Gel removal and builder gel shaping. Natural nail clean-up. Pedicures too.

For gel I would recommed the stronger machine. All of them lasted well so far and I use them all the time.

When would you have to use the drill in reverse position? I'd only need it to help with gel polish removal and debating whether to get one.

An efile definitely makes gel removal much faster. Reverse is usually for left handed users. Im a lefty and mostly use it in reverse, but sometimes in forward depending on what im doing. Its nice for cuticle prep, cleaning half of each nail in 1 direction, then other half in opposite direction. Its also nice when i work on myself and have to switch hands.
