I must say I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with this hair. I spent over $400 for 28” that didnt even last me a month!! The hair kept shedding large amounts daily. Went from a 200 density wig to a 100 density real quick. Something simple as water and finger detangling doesnt work. And if you put product such as gel that ruins the hair even more so is it even human hair? The hair is soooo matted like synthetic. Its so sad I always watch your videos and bought this wig in confidence due to the good things you’ve claimed about this hair, but NO. This hair is an atrocious MESS! Cant trust these hair vendors as they only send good hair to influencers, and unfortunately cannot trust the influencers to be honest about the quality of the hair.

Beautiful on you❤ but unfortunately I bought this wig and didn’t receive what you got. The hairline was only 13x3 even though it says 13x4. The curl pattern was tighter and the they cheated on the length. It’s sad that they don’t send the same quality they send influencers.😢

I had a similar experience, I ordered the 5x5 in 24inch and the curl pattern was tighter and it was definitely not true to length. Very disappointing tbh😢

I so appreciate how transparent you are in your reviews, and in that spirit, I wanted to share a heads up with your followers. If you order from this company, do Not count on it necessarily being delivered as they advertise (3-5 days processing then shipping). ESPECIALLY if you need it for a specific event. I ordered on the 11th for a party on the 23rd, I don't have it and won't now until maybe the 28th! Not a custom order, I hadn't heard a word 5 days after ordering and reached out. They replied day 6 telling me only Then it was delayed! Not sure if this is normal or I was unlucky because this is my first order with them, but upset I wasn't contacted earlier as I would have ordered something else to be delivered on time. It won't make my event, but hopefully will still be worth the wait. Good luck everybody 💜#shippingistrash

The company's page "Delivery Time3-5 Working Days Fast Free ShippingHanding TimeShip Within 24hours After Payment Except Weekends and Holidays" was considered, accounted for yet still exceeded excessively. The description should hold an additional disclaimer for the curly edge processing time which would help all plan accordingly. Kicker? The completely wrong unit was delivered after 16 days. I appreciate they owned up and are working to correct their error. A small credit was offered towards shipping it back, but it was a $32 rt out of pocket lyft ride just for me to post it. As of 3/5, we're still waiting for the Correct replacement...
