I absolutely adore the original Elie Sabb Elixer. I love iris dominant fragrances and also love sweet, balsamic, and resinous fragrances. For myself, I find it perfect for Spring. I look forward to trying Elixer 2. I have a perfume from each line, Le Parfum, Girl of Now, and Elixer, all first releases in the lines. I love them all. Elie Sabb may be my second favorite designer house, with Guerlain being my favorite. I'm not sure why Elie Sabb isn't more popular in the U.S., but I'm kind of glad it's not, because I can purchase their fragrances at such great prices.

I adore the original elixir, I’m on my 3rd bottle, the longevity is insane on my skin, over 12 hours. The elixir love, I’m unsure of yet, I do detect quite a bit of cherry on me, it’s almost medicinal on my skin but I want to test it again before I write it off because Ellie Saab is one of my favourite houses and yes le parfum is my favourite range, especially in white, lumiere and royal. I’m not a huge fan of bridal, even though it is pleasant, it doesn’t have the longevity and sillage that I’ve come to expect from Ellie Saab.
