Not tryna be that guy; this tech is pretty mediocre. Obviously, yeah, sure, it looks cool, but its useless and not overpowered. It's just a back-dash cancel with m1s, even so the person recording couldn’t perform this in battle. It's better you just used the normal back-dash cancel, even so peekaboo techs like this aren’t going to work in a real fight unless you're fighting actual npcs.
