Unfortunately they omitted the part where Goku gives Uub the Kinton Cloud. That scene is not in the original manga, it was added by Toriyama in the "Kanzenban" of 'Tankoban'. It's a great moment, really a shame it didn't appear in the game.

Yeah it isn't. Trouble is some of Goku's loved ones, particularly Chi-Chi(for obvious reasons)and Bulma(probably because she felt bad for Chi-Chi)were hoping that Goku would finally settle down and enjoy life in the slow lane like everyone else, only to be disappointed. 😅 But as Master Roshi would say, Goku isn't the type of person to stay in one place for too long.

For people who play PS4/PS5: It's a matter of making a New Zealand PSN Account, buying New Zealand Giftcards and purchasing the Game+DLC. In which case, you can play it early, since it's the 21st in NZ atm!
