Hi, Try to find your local ham radio club. Most of the clubs host a hamfest annually. If the club participates with ARRL on the link below you will find a list of hamfest. The second link is my facebook page that has a list of hamfest. Hamfest are open to the public. You can buy or sell. You do not have to have a license to buy or sell.
