The dog sleeping by the fire at the end takes the English country look to a whole new level. And thanks for showing the simmer pot; it reminded me I forgot to put oranges on my grocery pickup order! Your Christmas home tour is my favorite every year! It's cozy, warm, beautiful, peaceful, and magical. The glow of the candles, fairy lights, and fireplace is just perfection. The Japanese maple garland is more festive, IMO, than what you used to put up. I just love red at Christmas, otherwise it just doesn't feel Christmassy to me. Your home should be in a magazine! 🎄🎄🎄

Absolutely Charming! My wrapping station is now downstairs, in the basement...my now adult kids, still bring their stuff over, and go downstairs, and use it to wrap their gifts...I thrift NEW wrap all the time...and have gathered tags, ribbons, wrap, boxes, wine bags, etc... I have the room to put a large fold up table down there too..
