I would imagine to start lifting materials off the roof on the east stand, or it could be for the containers that are being placed in the northwest corner? That’s a guess. If the weather good early in the morning will have a good look with the drone

@@Philtymo i went up today the crane was lifting up what looked liked scaffolding and wooden planks onto the east roof
