At least, Evil HERO Vicious Claws is usable as a tool AKA a Material (Fusion Material) needed for Elemental HEROes Sunrise+Absolute and a Destiny HERO Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer alongside with Evil HEROes: Inferno Wing BackFire, Dark Knight, Neos Lord, Malicious Bane and then Malicious Fiend plus the Vision HEROes Fusion Monsters

The synergy is with Phoenix Enforcer. Can use Vicious Claw as Fusion material whther by poly or Fusion Destiny and when Enforcer pops itself you can special summon Vicious claw from grave. Great extender when trying to set up Dark Law, Plasma, and Enforcer turn 1. Vicious Claw can be used as fodder for all 3

It's ok as a one of. The 2nd effect didn't need to be OPD as it's not an insane effect like a floodgate. Hoping for more evil heroes to fill out the main deck

its so you cant abuse it with DPE to get an extra pop every turn when popping DPE or another hero with DPE's effect

Evil heroes are a going 2nd deck anyway so it's unlikely DPE and this pop will get rid of the opponents entire field, but I can see how using all the board breakers plus the 2 pops can be a lot. Idk if evil heros even play destiny fusion, I never did cuz I always played them as I could and dpe was a dumb card

Listen, I was a hero coper, it’s time to retire it, any amount of boardbreaking beats the deck, they got no negates, the artwork is cool yes, it’s just not suitable for todays meta game, especially one with shifter

1 vicious claw gets summoned after a board breaker and can be summoned by dpe effect pop in responce to board breaker 2 all destruction board breakers cant kill malicious bane or neos lord 3 by using dpe in repones to board breaker you can get it back next turn and maby pop one of there cards as well 4 if the board breaker is a monster on field or gets placed in the spell/trap zone dark supremacy can negate it and potentialy 1 or 2 more cards that are on field 5 droplet could negate 6 you can fusion summon out shining neos wingman after the board breaker using favorite contact 7 if they break your board you can have nibiru in hand and used its effect 8 you can super poly if infernal riders effect is active to get neos lord or bane in response to destruction based board breakers 9 called by the grave or infinite impermanence. therse probebly more but yeah they can play around nibiru, on field board breakers and destruction board breakers kinda fine actually
