Thanks Craig. Fingers crossed it goes well. We send our first animals in tomorrow (Monday). One of our greatest challenges is finding an abattoir that is taking on new customers. Most in our area are fully booked 2 years out. Fingers crossed; this works well. We won't have any more product until next spring so that gives us time to work with this company. I think they will work with us. We'll keep you posted.
