Bad Tour was amazing I'm from Suriname South-America and flew to the Netherlands only to see Michael Jackson on June 5th 1988 in the Kuip stadium in Rotterdam it was fantastic with 75000 MJ fans . I never gonna forget that show . Damn I miss him so much.

Thank you for this interview. Lifelong MJ fan but I never dug into who was on his team. I know Frank, his makeup artist, and that one security guard with the hat that was with him from almost the beginning throughout the 80s. I was looking through the personnel part of the Victory album and noticed Nelson's name as being the project coordinator. I know the brothers weren't seeing eye to eye during this era, so I got curious. "Who is the guy that was making sure this album got done? Let me see what he looks like" And here I am. And I've never heard that story about the hat not being on stage when it should've, but him getting it there in time before Michael turned around again. Little tidbits like that give me so much life. A moment we've heard a million stories about... still has more stories to give. Thanks for this! Much love!

I'm just discovering the kind of footages I was dying for since teenager time. TRIUMPH is not only my favorite Tour though only heard on vinyl, and unfair images, but it's THE ULTIMATE ALBUM OF ALL TIME with the unequaled Heartbreak Hotel, a promise for more He never delivered, His Personal Soul. So intimate song. And the horns of Lovely one are speechless! As a teenager I was totally blown away. I have never seen THE JACKSONS i I've never seen this tour was I telling myself. So I never did. I saw BAD, Dangerous, History here in Europe... But never did I felt what I experienced by just listening to the Live Album with real instruments and by just looking at the pictures. I'm so delighted that you still have the freshness of that Era in your eyes and personality. You seem timeless. I've lived each second of your interview. Many thanks to you and Nelson. By the way, Howard Hewitt is my favorite singer just after Mike... Same level with the other King : ELVIS! ❤️

I don't care what anybody says. But to me, the Triumph tour was the best tour that Michael Jackson and the Jacksons ever did. It was especially better than bad, because they opened that concert with My favorite song of all times, Can You Feel It, with the music video playing on the big screen in the back ground. All the other Jackson or Michael Jackson tour for some odd reason or another, didn't include the epic classic Can You Feel It. I can understand the Destiny tour not including the song Can You feell It because it hadn't came out yet, but the Victory Tour, the Bad tour, the Dangerous tour, and the History tour. Why did Michael not Include Can You Feel It in those tours, because to me, that was the best song and music video that Michael Jackson and the Jacksons ever did? Don't get me wrong, all the other songs and videos that the Jackson's did together, and that Michael did solo was awesome, but in my honest opinion, none of those song or videos could touch are even hold a candle to Can You Feel It. That song and music video was ahead of its time, and that's what made the Triumph tour so great, because it included that song and video in it. The Victory tour, the Bad tour, the Dangerous tour, and the History tour may have been good, or possibly even great, but they were nothing compared to the Triumph tour, because they excluded that song, that video, and that performance. That song and video to me was the greatest song and video in Jackson and Michael Jackson history. Infact, Mr. Nelson Hays, or even you Shana, one of you could possibly get the ball rolling in getting the Jackson Triumph tour concert digitally remastered to it's highest quality and put on blu-ray disk 4k or even 8k disk and on Imax inhanced,, and Dolby 5.1 or 7.1 and 3D aura surround sound. I mean don't you guys know someone who have the footage on video? Or can't you guys get in touch with Randy, or Jacky, or Tito, or Marlon. One of them, if not all of them have to have the entire Triumph tour saved on video somewhere. Think about it. That would be awesome if you guys could do that.
@wilmmerwest38762 жыл бұрын
You can’t compare the triumph tour to others why because MJ went solo after victory tour and wanted to make how his shows should actually be with his Boths and I prefer 3 world tours why they aren’t the same which you don’t like-_-
@seanfuller26032 жыл бұрын
That's my opinion. I prefer seeing Michael with his brothers rather than seeing him solo. He is good solo, mind you, but in my opinion, I think he was at his best and at his prime when he was with his brothers.
