Make sure the cooling system is bled properly, and reset ecu after by removing the battery terminal for like 15 minutes. If that doesn't fix it and you have a code check the iacv (idle air control valve.)

The reving is a vacuum leak it's a little hose take the hoses off and hold your finger there and it'll stop and start normally I'm just starting my channel but I'll definitely put it in mine it's a big problem I've seen! something is wrong with its idle... i think its his pcv valve.. its idle is not stable.. my corolla was like that when i started the engine while the pcv valve was removed from the crank case. it makes the idle like reving at like 2k to 3k
