NEW Exhaust! The TRX 450 Gets a new Rocket Exhaust sytem!

I've been waiting (and hinting) for months. It's finally here! I install and run the new Rocket Exhaust Racing Series pipe on the Honda. This War Rig is one step closer to completion. Would definitely go with Elka shocks before even getting Arms unless you're getting them at the same time. The Elka's will look sick on that quad just like Hetricks!

Actually, I have already installed a 170 main and 45 pilot in there. The Keihin jets were necessary as I removed the air box lid, bigger UNI filter and open exhaust. It runs much smoother now than when I first got it. 🤘🏻

Matt Palermo to put it simply: I definitely needed bigger jets before putting this exhaust on. It doesn’t starve for fuel anymore. Stock with the baffle in wouldn’t need as much. But with the baffle out it definitely benefited from the larger jets.

Thomas Budziak I have a 45 pilot jet in now, just had to adjust the A/F screw and it cleaned right up. 👌🏻 I could adjust the accelerator pump timing a touch more and it would be perfect.

@@SQUARE1SpeedChannel I run the fmf stage 2 jet kit with a 128 jet it has a much smaller needle and it's running completely fine apart from the big and lean cut in the low end. The fmf once the packing is fully broken in sounds amazing, honestly yours and mines sound the same but in terms of performance I dont know between our exhausts. I know if I'm doing a race build empire is gonna be my go to exhaust if I want something else but fmf is used in racing aswell

Thomas Budziak try giving your accelerator pump screw a little turn out and see if that gets rid of some of your bog. It’s worked on two separate Keihin carbs for me.

Alan Herrera the ergonomics are good for me. I like the room I have while sitting on it. I’m 6’3” so it’s a lot to ask of a machine to fit me. The stock shocks are stiff through high speed stuff. That’s partially due to my smaller tire choice though. I will say the geometry of the machine seems well thought out and it rides great! I’ll just need to get a new set of shocks for what I want to do with it. 🤙🏼

If the diameter of the pipe is different than stock your going to need to change the jets
