Yes that was Chanyeol playing the guitar, he’s out Music Man. He can do everything (play drums, piano, sing, rap, compose, DJ, play guitar, acting) on top of that he’s good at other things (snowboarding, bowling (won a competition for it) , cook, deep dive, and rock climbing. You give him time and a competition and he’ll learn anything and do it well!😂

I love R&B and that’s why I Stan EXO, let alone their vocals are out of this world! The blond is Kai and he is in the military right now! The second guitar player is Lay the only Chinese member of the group. Because of political difference between South Korea and China he not able to perform with EXO but he is one of the most famous entertainers in China with many albums of his own! This video of EXO's acoustic session is a clip from their EXO Planet #3 EXO’rdium concert in Japan -- notice how the titles of most of EXO's concerts always use EXO in the title in some way. And yes, all of these songs you heard are EXO's songs. What's notable about their "Lady Luck" performance, where you see Chanyeol put down the guitar and become the first one to get up and sing, was the fact that Chanyeol is one of the main rappers of EXO. So, this just demonstrates how ALL of the EXO members are amazing singers, even the rappers. Chanyeol is so multi-talented, not only is he a main rapper, but he is also an amazing singer and as you can see he can play the acoustic guitar. However, if you get to know him and see more performances, you will see he can also play the electric guitar, base, piano and drums, etc. This performance is from their concert, which was held at the Tokyo Dome. The Tokyo Dome is one of the largest concert venues in Japan. There is an unwritten rule that in order to be allowed to hold a concert there, you have to be able to fill the place to capacity, so there are probably close to 55,000 fans in that audience. SM Entertainment artists and groups such as EXO, TVXQ, SHINee, Super Junior, BoA, etc. are so popular in Japan that the concert promoters actually ask SM when they want to hold their next concert there because they know they will have no problem selling out in a matter of seconds -- EXO literally holds the record for the fastest sold out concert at 0.2 seconds -- and they will most likely have to hold multiple day concerts to accommodate the number of fans who want to attend. Kpop concerts last 3 to 4 hours, and the concert is pretty much non-stop the whole time. When it comes to SM concerts, they are usually made up of numerous sets with each set having its own theme, such as their hype set, acoustic set, cute set, fun set, ballad set, etc. Each set is made up of 4 or 5 songs. So this was only one set out of more than 30 songs during this concert, and each set is just as impressive. Plus, they only take about a 5 minute break in between sets to get ready for the next set. So if you think they were good in this performance, just wait until you see how amazing the whole concert is. This concert was in 2016, so there were 9 members in EXO at this time. From left to right, Lay, Xiumin (pronounced shoe-min -- X in Chinese makes an sh sound), Sehun, Chen, Suho (leader of EXO), Baekhyun, Kai, D.O. and Chanyeol. This was the last concert tour where Lay was able to participate because of all the political issues between Korea and China. Kai, Lay and Sehun are the main dancers of EXO -- as well as some of the best dancers in the industry -- and they also happen to be the members that often have the fewest lines in a lot of EXO's songs, so in concert you will often see them performing solo dances. If Lay wasn't playing the guitar during this acoustic session he probably would have been up there dancing with Kai and Sehun. (If you notice, the main dancers are the only ones with black pants on. The other members all have white pants. If you continue to watch this concert you will see in the next set of songs why the main dancers are dressed differently. ;D) Baekhyun, who is one of EXO's main vocalists, was the one who pretended to get up to dance with Kai, he is the most gregarious in the group who loves to joke around, so he was just joking that "oh you must want me to go dance, too." However, Suho, EXO's leader played along and "stopped" him. Fun fact: You may have noticed that all the members have numbers on the back of their shirts. The numbers you see on their shirts in concert, and you often see in their MVs, were special numbers chosen by each of the members. (If you watch the dance practice for their new song "Cream Soda, you will see them wearing shirts with their numbers, as well.) For example: > Suho's number is 1 because as the leader he is No. 1 and he was the first one to be made a member of EXO. > Kris -- a former member of EXO-M (EXO's Mandarin Chinese sub-unit) that left EXO in 2014 -- his number was 00 because he was the leader of EXO-M (It was said that Suho was the mom of the group and Kris was the dad and when you combine 1 and 00 it becomes 100 or 100% complete as leaders.) > Xiumin's number is 99, which the reason is a little complicated -- 88 is morse code for XOXO, which is shorthand for hugs and kisses, or it can also mean EXO like their album title XOXO. Plus, during EXO's "Wolf" song era, which is when the idea of their numbers was first developed, Xiumin's teaser promoting their "Wolf" comeback was the 11th teaser released, so 88+11= 99. > Luhan -- a former member of EXO-M, who left the group in 2014 -- chose number 7 because his favorite soccer player's number is 7. > Lay is 10 because he was born in October and also in Chinese there is a saying that uses the word 10 and it means perfection, so it's a play on words. > Baekhyun is 4 because 4th grade was when he started to get interested in becoming a singer. > Chen's number is 21 (Sept. 21) because it's his birth date. > Chanyeol's number is 61 because his nickname growing up was Park Chanho, who is a famous Korean basketball player, and his jersey number is 61. > D.O.'s number is 12 because it represents his birth date (Jan. 12) and it also stands for 12 members of EXO. > Tao -- a former member of EXO-M, who left the group in 2015 -- was 68 because 6+8=14 and this was the date his "Wolf" MV teaser was released. > Kai's number is 88, and his reason is also a little more complex. As mentioned before, 88 stands for XOXO (hugs and kisses/EXO), which was the name of their "Wolf" album, etc. But Kai chose the number because H is the 8th letter in the English alphabet and HH stands for hip-hop, which he used to represent the fact that he is the main dancer. > Sehun is 94 because he was born in 1994.

Nice reaction. Chen, Baekhyun and D.O. are the 3 main vocalists. If you look at Dingo Killing Voice D.O is second from left Chen in the middle and Baekhyun second from right. But they can all sing great. If tempo is to be used, I would recommend Monster and Tempo. If you'd rather have some quiet songs then Dont Go or Promise.

I follow many groups, but I can definitely say that EXO is different from all groups. Each one of them is multi-talented. Even after many years, I am still amazed by them. Every time, despite being excellent, they seek to go further in any field, despite being excellent, and every time I am more surprised and crazy about them. Yes, people tend to learn girl group names faster than boy groups. But don't sweat it, if you're serious about learning about this group, you will get the names, after watching more. Exo are known as "The Vocal Kings of Kpop", to this day. It's not to say that singers in other boy groups aren't as good, there are many phenomenal singers in Kpop, all with their own color and sound, and I enjoy them all. I am a born and bred American who loves vocals, and music in general, and although I became underwhelmed by Western artists at the time, kpop lured me in with vocals in 2006. Amazing groups, amazing mvs, grabbed me back then, and Exo weren't even around yet. Don't get me wrong, I have my undying love for many Western artists that will never go away, from rap to rock to hiphop and singers. When I found Exo in 2011, I was so enamored with their vocal abilities, I dived even further into Kpop. I have to say I've been in the kpop rabbit hole ever since and have been having the time of my life. Kpop is full of endless variety, talent that grips me, in every style of music. Exo were babies in 2011, fresh out of school, and with some of the vocalists, you know they were singing in their school days. Exo started off with 12 members back then. A bit overwhelming for me at the time, but the vocals hit me hard. The vocals are what propelled the group into superstardom quite quickly, as their music went viral. Soon after, a massive worldwide fandom started to form. It quite literally brought more attention to Korean pop, but not as fully as Bts and Blackpink in the later 2000's. And it's quite a shame that the world had skipped over Exo in 2012 as vocalists, I'm sure at the time the Western scene definitely was not into any Asian music as a whole like it is today, so we Exol got to have them to ourselves. Exo are singers. Even the rappers and dancers. Singers. They love to perform and sing. They are not out to win awards or even be introduced into Western scene. So the Asian market and many countries outside of the Western scene started to find Exo and helped make them one of the most popular and successful kpop boy groups in the industry. And although the Western scene didn't recognize them, there were a fair share of fans building there. Exo toured the world and gained many international fans. By 2016 they even toured the States. Due to sad circumstances, 3 members quit Exo by 2014-2015. This left Exo with the remaining 9 members that you see here in this video. The 2 guitarists are Chanyeol (the main rapper and musician) and Lay (last Chinese member) Lay is in China. And the good looking blonde, Kai, is in the military as of last month. Sehun, the other tall member, is the only member yet to serve. All other members have finished their service. Kai, Lay and Sehun are the main dancers. Chanyeol and Sehun are the main rappers. Chen, Baekhyun and D.O. are the main vocalists. But all members are singers. I'm glad you've enjoyed our Exo. In this mv they are performing in the TokyoDome. With a seat count of 55-65,000. Sold out in seconds. 3- nights. Exo's 2nd time in the TokyoDome. They were there the year before on a different tour. With Exo's extensive discography, it may be overwhelming to dive into Exo music. They are r&b based, but are known to do every type of genre. But they are most known as singers, crooners, serenaders. They have many cute pop songs, dancy songs (from their younger days), but also great ballads. They sing mostly love songs, old school retro easy listening music. The popular younger groups of today's scene are more hard hitting, fast rap or fast paced dance heavy. Exo are considered older old fashioned type of music, so not many kpop artists sing like this anymore. But they are my style. All the younger groups of today grew up watching Exo as Exo became an overnight sensation back from 2012 onward. But with music being subjective, and the demographics always changing, younger people who find kpop in today's scene have different tastes in music. They may know of Exo, but gravitate to the faster younger groups of today. But there are some younger people who love Exo vocals, but they prefer that faster in your face music of the younger groups. I love all music, but Exo are my calming center. They are my style and I love it. I will always support Exo and their music. And with the various talent that kpop has to offer, I enjoy it all. Kpop is fun, we should keep it fun. All these artists work hard to entertain us. I respect each and every one of them. Thanks for your reaction. 💙🌺

You can't really miss with EXO, but you might like Lights Out (as an EXO performance or Chen does an amazing solo of it), Sweet Lies or Cosmic Railway. There is also Universe which has an MV, it's affectionately known as the Coffee Ad. One of the most iconic for ad libs is the live for El Dorado. If you also want a classic performance with dance solos, Baby Don't Cry is amazing. A lot of fans enjoy watching complete concert sets, groups of songs they link. I'm sure you'll get loads of recommendations for those.

The main vocalist with buzz cut named D.O. or Doh Kyungsoo, he's also a great and respectable young actor in Korea. During killing voice his hair was longer and apparently his killing parts were deliberately cut off. But in this video he shone the most because the acoustic segment was made for him after the stage director of the concert blown away by his voice. ❤

EXO have 3 main vocalist (chen,baekhyun,D.O) but all can sing well, have 2 main dancer (Kai in military now & Lay with black guitar still at China inactive but still EXO's member) but all can dance like pro, have 2 main rapper (Sehun & Chanyeol or Music man coz he can play guitar,piano,drum,bass,song writer,producer,design grafist even cook he is very competitive person in good way) have 2 Lead vocalist (Suho the Leader & Xiumin the oldest members) the reason im become EXOL is coz this amazing vocal ❤❤❤

I enjoyed this a lot. As I am still new to Exo and only know a few songs this was a nice compilation to check out more. And Kai is in this 🫶 I checked him out as a soloist. love his 3rd album the most but the other 2 are awesome too. In case you want to check Kai, try Rover or Peaches or Mmmh, that’s one song of each album 🫶

The acoustic medley is like heaven, all of them can sing so well, and seeing kai and sehun dancing to the beat of guitar made me understand even more how good they are and how powerful they are! On the right side it was chanyeol who played the guitar- he is really talented guy! He can sing although he is the main rapper, he can dance, he is participating in writing lyrics to exo songs, he also can produce music, he is playing on different instruments such as guitar, drums, electric guitar, piano and he is also a dj! About the other one on the left who played the guitar- this is lay, he is the only Chinese member in exo, and he is huge star in China, and because South Korea and China had issues he couldn't participate in exo activities, now days the situation is better but this guy is so busy in his life that I think he doesn't have time to take part in exo, but he is still part of exo, and he also a CEO in a company that he opened up in China for trainees who will eventually debut as well 😊

Usted lo ha dicho EXO es puro talento, eso es lo que les sobra. Chanyeol es multinstrumentista. Las voces principales son Chen, Baekhyun, D.O. y Suho. Pero todos en generales logran una hermosa armonía de voces. Actualmente Kai está en servicio militar, y Lay que también aparece en este video, actualmente desarrolla su exitosa carrera en China.
