I suppose the most difficult thing for a buyer would be to somehow distinguish between ver. 1, ver. 2 or ver. 3. The Smash Bros. edition seems a guaranteed ver. 3, but the Splatoon and Xenoblade could be gambles for those who DEFINITELY want NFC/Amiibo support. Black would seem and absolute WILDCARD. At least this manufacture is making strides and hopefully enough of ver. 3 can be made to quickly phase out the older builds. In a year's time, maybe people won't have to worry?

I feel like they should really take advantage of the unused Nintendo "footprint" on the back and use it to emboss (or probably just use a Nintendo logo sized sticker) some model number i.e. SPC - 003 in regard to THIS controller. As a second hand controller though, it shouldn't be the end of the world so long as you have a genuine primary official Switch Pro Controller which I feel anyone who owns a Switch should have at least ONE genuine Pro Controller. It's a damn good controller!

Version 2 promise the NFC feature, but I agree they should mark it. The Main Problem is, that you cant trust the description. Not sure if only one company produce PZZY for example by their own and are promising NFC. So you need the company plus revision on the back. Price could also fit

I'm getting this! the only thing that is different between a real one is the person who made it, I've seen reviews and my brother told me about it, it works exactly like a real one, and my joy-cons are drifting and don't function smoothly and my bro uses a pro controller when we play smash bros and he says it feels good and just tried it and actually does more than joy cons! and I wanted to buy joy-cons but it's just so pricy so I don't want to spend too much at the moment so it's good and I wanted wireless so amazing that this works well! when I have mon- well I do have LOTS rn I'm talking like $315, but I will spend most of it on amazon stuff I'm ordering very soon like a gaming keyboard and some other tech like divoom but in the future when I have enough well enough and some more cuz I don't wanna go crazy on buying stuff I will get joy-cons, cuz I love joy-cons more but I still won't abandon the pro controller and I like that it looks exactly like a limited edition smash bros controller! sorry for the long of a heck comment

You didn't have to connect it through the dock. You were supposed to click "change grip order" and then hold the sync button.

If you are complaining about lack of NFC support and shitty HD Rumble, don't buy it and spend 3 times, well now 4 times more on an original. I mean after all, it has no quality control and it IS fake and these are buy at your own risk products. But would rather buy 4 and break them all than buy one original and break it in the same time. At least you have the chance to experience all of the designs, play with multiple people and also to smash them after they break or open it up and play around with it.
