For me the ABH Fall Romance is probably going to end up being one of those new favorite everyday palettes that has the option for a quick office look, but has enough variety to create something special if needed. My only gripe with it is actually similar to yours that especially the two greens, those are too similar to be in a one palette. I think if the other green would have been a muted mid tone purple or a lighter almost grayish purple matte, than the palette would have been perfect.

I enjoyed the shimmers from the ABH pallet, but the mattes sunk it for me. Just not enough difference between them and when you have that happen with 4-6 shades in 12 pans thats a big let down. I think its just so disappointing cause Rose Metals was so very good and this wasn't. Its like it was on the edge of greatness but did a nose dive off the cliff😂

@patty totally agree tarte eyeshadow formula isn’t great. I find it dry hard to blend and not worth the price. Two face I feel the same about there palettes. Nothing special there but cute names and packaging. As far as ABH I like the formula but often they repeat similar shades in a lot of there palettes its like there creative team runs out of ideas. Odens eyes I love there palettes there killing it and at great prices. Patrick ta is amazing but he keeps putting out a lot of the same. Natasha danona palettes and her formula is top of the line. Her palettes are my favorite

Great ranking! The only difference in our preferences would be I would put your # 1 and #4 spot LOL and then move the next 3 up. Only cuz.... well, I don't know! 😅😂 The Helaween palettes I would love if they'd released around spring/Easter. They just don't fit into what I'm used to for Halloween. I want dark, grungy Halloween colors, and then I love bright looks for spring/summer. I'm kind of surprised they released them for Halloween. But like I like them and ordered them. I can't wait to try them, but then will probably put them away until March-ish. 😂

I returned that Anastasia palette. And I returned the new Nomad Ghost town palette. I can’t stand those pieces of shimmer that end up all over my face . Even with primer and setting spray !

I purchased the Nearly Natural Glaminatrix eyeshadow palette earlier this year I must have received a 'bad batch' palette because I couldn't use a brush with any of the shimmers and when I went and tried to use my finger with them it was a glittery mess 😠.. still upset with customer service I contacted them and told them they said they'd send me a new palette but never did 🤬

Wow this comment surprised me. I use Nearly Natural with Nyx glitter glue using my finger and it works perfectly. I do have to be incredibly careful when I take it off though so I don’t get the micro glitter in my eyes but otherwise the shimmer works wonderful if you tap on a little at a time. It just shows we all have our own personal preferences but maybe play around with your primer to see what works to prevent the mess.

So Pat Magrath was a sparkley learning curb for me lol! You need a glitter glue (I recommend NYX) Tap on you shadow with your finger or a stiff brush when the glitter glue is tacky. Do not swipe unless its your final run-through. Less is always more to when working with a glitter shadow you always can add more but you want to make sure what your adding adheres to the glue. Add your mattes beforehand. There still is some fallout but it is significantly much less then what I was doing before. Hope that helps❤ Mel Thompson has a really good tutorial on how to apply PMG shadow I recommend watching her tips, helped me out a lot.

What I find weird is that you always rank PM pallet so high, even though they keep lounging the same color story and their special astro shades are not the same quality. Considering how expensive it is and even on sale, I think you should have ranked them lower, that's why I thumbs down your videos
